Prior to setting up penman | architects; Richard has been a director of a boutique London practice delivering projects for DC Wonderland – 77 Brewer Street, matchesfasion – 5 Carlos Place, Stella McCartney – Office Campus, Fenwick – Anstee House, and several private clients ranging in value, from £150k to £3m.
